    Isabel Rodríguez

    Cofounder and dreamer of Plantamor
Evolutionary story teller, wild witch and intimacy weaver.
What lights me up the most is exploring the magic of what happens whithin relationships: relationships within members of communities, within romantic partnerships, mothers and daughters
I’m deeply inspired by exploring what “feeling connected to others” means and how this is closely tied to how connected I am to myself and to the permission I give myself to express my being.
I hold spaces for groups to explore intimacy, what blocks it and what makes it possible. I also hold spaces for individuals to dive deeper into feelings and how to use the information and energy they have to create what they want.
I’m passionate about empowering people to find and express their voice. Reclaiming it and coneccting back to anger opens healing and creative doorways for ecstatic music creation. I love bringing people together by the fire and remembering the magical power our voices have.

From cinema and art, to personal transformation.
    To collective transformation.
From accompanying children, to the new possibilities I continue to discover, create, and inhabit.
I’m an artist who primarily works with the camera. I’m interested in personal transformation, using the creative process as a therapeutic journey.
That’s one part of who I am. Another is accompanying couples, as well as facilitating individual and group emotional processes. I guide people toward allowing their feelings to speak, rather than their minds.
I’m passionate about group work and community-based processes.
I learn by planting, watering, and caring for the vegetable gardens and green spaces at Plantamor.
I also accompany children, whether by simply holding space for them to explore freely, or by being present with them and validating what they feel. I support them in discovering their own possibilities for creating what they want.

I love to learn about myself, others and the natural world. I am fascinated by how to create the conditions for human collaboration, individual and collective learning, and sustainable co-existence with nature. I love to explore these themes through music, collective song, and play, all of which I believe are so important to both self-transformation and collaboration.
I have spent the last 6 years in a big transition from living a busy life in London to living a life that involves a deeper relationship with land and an immersive exploration of what it means to live in community. This exploration has brought up a great deal of challenges, as well as opportunities for growth and transformation.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to explore my inner and outer landscapes, learning bio-construction skills in the process that allowed me to build one of the nests at Plantamor, with the support of the community, something I could never have dreamed of before. I love to share these skills with others.
I am passionate about holding space for others who have faced challenges that I am familiar with, such as belonging, exclusion and identity, and I want to continue to explore more 1 to 1 work with men and men’s circle work where I feel my experiences and skills could be of service.
